What is your best project so far? Why?
Working in co-operation with the training & development manager of an international financial auditing company, I designed and implemented a 3 day communication workshop. We have so far run the workshop in 3 different locations within Germany with a total of 26 participants. The underlying aim was to provide intense communication practice - we worked together from breakfast till dinner with evening activities. During the day, participants worked through a due diligence process, culminating in a written report which was presented to the group. Feedback - both verbal and written - was given during and after the 3 days. Participants commented on how effective the immersion process was, especially socialising together in English.
