What is your best project so far? Why?
I have a student who has a zero english capabilty. He's 32 years old and a businessman. When I first met him he onl uses sign and action to communicate with me, but because I always encourage him to speak and motivated him by giving him assurance that eventually he will learn how to speak English. And I was't wrong. As his teacher I was very proud when he first learn to read long sentences and little by little expresses himself. Patience and dedication are the key values thay I applied to myself.

What do your students / customers say about you?
My students always enjoy my classes since I'm using different strategies in teaching and using necessary materials that will aide my students learning. Being diligent at wotk and always on time are reason why my students like me most. I don't miss classes except for emergency but that is very minimal.
