Why Me?

What makes you the best person for your job?
I have a great deal of experience with making the lesson fit the student. I am very detail oriented but am willing and able to relax and let the student learn with an approach that is comfortable for them. I do my best to make the lesson fun and productive for the student. I am aware of and sensitive to people's cultural differences and accept people for who they are.
I try to make each lesson have a general structure so the student isn't confused but I also put some variety within that structure so that the student doesn't get bored.

What is your best project so far? Why?
It's hard to say one was the best. Most people have similar challenges when learning a language so saying one is better is really saying that the relationship I had with the student(s) was best. I have made so many friends over the years this way that I don't want to say that just one was better.

Mostly they say I am serious about study but also kind and funny.
