Why Me?

What makes you the best person for your job?
I'm a trainer that loves her job and I'm sure that my students realize this. I use a great variety of teaching methods in my lessons to make sure my students don't get bored. I have a hands-on approach to the students' needs and am very flexible in adapting my lessons to new requirements.
As an experienced trainer I have definitely learned to be well-organized and realiable.
Altogether I love my job and look forward to new, demanding challenges.
Not only do my students learn English from me. I have also found out so much about my different fields of business which also contributes to my expertise.

What is your best project so far? Why?
After thorough investigation of the working process with help of a detailed needs analysis and many prepratory meetings I started a pilot project for the Emergency Call Center of Stuttgart. My participants are dispatchers who take care of all the incoming requests for help.
The first course was run in spring 2010 with a group of 6 people and 24 lessons per group. We are offering this course approx. 4 - 6 times a year.
I enjoy the new challenge with every group and love to see them making progress.
On the other hand I adapt my curriculum to the specific needs of every group.
I believe it is absolutely necessary to offer tailor-made lessons to meet the rwquirements of the customer.

My students say that I am able to establish a good atmosphere in the classroom. I make my lessons interesting and entertaining without forgetting to prepare them thoroughly for the specific skills they need for their Business English.
